"The Farmhouse", apartment for 8 people

- An Idyllic Stay at Casa Mauri - Situated in the charming mountain village of Santa Engràcia, "The Farmhouse" is one of Casa Mauri's charming holiday homes. This historic village is perched on an impressive rocky outcrop and offers breathtaking views of the Tremp Valley and the Spanish Pyrenees. The unspoilt nature invites you to adventure: hiking, biking, swimming, rafting and climbing are just some of the activities you can enjoy here. The space The Farmhouse covers three floors with a hall on the top floor that leads to the patio. Down the stairs, one floor lower, is the spacious kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. There is a four-burner gas stove with a double oven, a microwave, a toaster, and a large refrigerator/freezer. In a cabinet outside the kitchen you will find an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and a high chair. Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room. It is furnished with a dining area for six to eight people on one side of the room and a seating area in the other half. The seating area also has a TV with an HDMI connection. Free wifi is available throughout the house. An arch door leads from the living room to the private terrace, with it's beautiful view over the Tremp valley and the Montsec mountain range. In winter, a pellet stove provides a nice warmth. Moving further down to the lower floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds and the third with two bunk beds (4 people). The middle bedroom has a French balcony. All bedrooms have views of the open countryside. The bedrooms have electric blankets for the winter months. Both bathrooms have a spacious shower, a sink, and a toilet. One of the bathrooms has a bidet. Guest access In addition to the apartment, guests have access to the shared patio, where there is a barbecue and a washing machine. Other things to note Because the old streets of Santa Engràcia are too narrow for cars, the last 200 meters from the village parking lot to the house must be walked. On arrival (and departure) we help our guests with their luggage, which we bring to the house with a quad bike and trailer.
