The space Salzes III is located in one of the best areas of Puerto de Alcudia, close to supermarkets, restaurants, leisure areas, and everything you might need for a perfect vacation. Its privileged location right on Mallorca’s largest beach, in a quiet area, allows you to enjoy water sports, restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and children′s play areas. It also features nearby pools and points of interest, such as banks, clinics, and medical centers. Guest access Upon entering the house, you are greeted by a lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals in its cozy dining area, leading you to a comfortable living-dining room. This space is ideal for family time or for relaxing in front of the satellite TV from the comfort of the sofa. The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bright dining room with a sofa, a table for six people, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with direct views of Puerto de Alcudia beach. On the upper floor, there are three sun-filled bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm) and a private terrace with sea views, the second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm), and the third bedroom with a bunk bed, perfect for children. With a capacity for 6 people across its three spacious bedrooms, the house offers the option to add an extra bed for an additional cost. It is also equipped with an oven, a gas stove, and everything necessary to prepare delicious meals. There are two modern bathrooms, both with showers and toilets. Other things to note ADDITIONAL NOTES - A few days before your arrival, you must contact the agency to communicate your arrival time and arrange key collection. - The day before your arrival, the reception office will contact you to coordinate the time and collection of the key. - Check-in: 16.00 - 00.00 p.m. - Check-out: 00.00 - 10.00 a.m. - If a late check-out is possible, whenever possible, contact the agency to arrange availability, cost and times. DEPOSIT On arrival, guests are required to pay a deposit of € 300,00 by credit card. It will be refunded within 7 days of check-out if the house is in the agreed condition. PRIOR REQUEST - The transfer service is arranged with extra payment 72 hours in advance. - Cot and highchair € 5,00/day and minimum € 30,00 for a request. - Second cot and high chair € 10,00/day. - Extra bed if available: € 28,00/day. All additional payments to be paid to the agency on arrival. TOURIST TAX Since July 2016, the local authorities have introduced a tourist tax (eco-tax): - € 2,20 / person / night for the first 8 days. All subsequent days € 1.10 / person / night.
