Lovely house in the city center near Metro & Fiera

Bright and cozy apartment in a wonderful and trendy neighborhood just a short distance from the heart of Milan. You will feel right at home in my beautiful sunny apartment and really experience the best the city has to offer. Metro stop (Gerusalemme M5) is 2 minutes walking. Fiera Milano (MICO) is 10 minutes away. Monza F1 circuit is easy to reach by metro or train. This is a stylish newly refurbished apartment located in a beautiful historic building. The apartment is around 60 sq. metres, with a little balcony overlooking the lovely street. The apartment provides all comforts in a modern designed interior. It comfortably sleeps 4. The quiet MASTER BEDROOM is very large with a king size bed that can also be divided into two singles if necessary and a beautiful mirrored wardrobe. In the other BEDROOM/LIVING ROOM there is a very comfortable double sofa bed with lots of storage space so you can enjoy this room both in the day and night. The BATHROOM is very modern with a wonderful shower. The KITCHEN is an open concept kitchen leading on to the dining room, it is fully equipped and there is a lovely breakfast bar where you can enjoy your meals when you are on the move, alternatively the dining room table can comfortably fit 6. The elegant DINING ROOM leads onto the balcony so it is always bright and airy. There is also air conditioning if needed. The apartment has all necessary bedding, fresh towels, clean linens, bath mats and a hairdryer. The apartment is at your complete disposal. My partner Marco and I are at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Via Piero della Francesca (where the apartment is located) is a real gem in Milan, it is very popular with the locals and it offers everything you need; bars, restaurants, butchers, fishmongers, bakeries, groceries and independent boutiques and it is only a few minutes walk away from the movida of the famous 'Corso Sempione'. In this area you can really get a taste for typical Milanese life. Right outside the door are many wonderful bars where you can go for a croissant and coffee in the morning or an aperitivo in the evening. You will be spoilt for choice for places to eat, there are so many great restaurants to choose from such as Montina, La Foglia or the best pizza in town at Ciripizza. Every Tuesday and Saturday (just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment) you will find the famous Via Fauchè market. Here you can buy everything from fresh fruit and veg, fish, meat etc to designer handbags and shoes, cashmere, vintage jewellery, household objects and luxury fabrics. It is a market absolutely not to be missed! There are two great supermarkets very close by 'Esselunga' in Via Fauchè and 'Carrefour' in Piazza Gramsci, both are very reasonably priced. The beautiful Parco Sempione is also very near and from there it is only a short walk into the centre. Transport links are excellent with the metro (M5 Gerusalemme stop), buses (57 and 43), trams and the passante train (Domodossola) all located near by. The nearest taxi rank is a 3 minute walk from the apartment.
