The villa boasts a private exclusive pool, available for you all year round, for unparalleled moments of relaxation and enjoyment. Just 400 meters away (reachable within the residence), you will find the Gorgo Lungo beach, served during the summer season by the homonymous equipped beach club with bar and restaurant. Additionally, for your convenience, we provide free of charge a spot with umbrella and two sun loungers. Guest access The villa is spread over two levels to offer maximum comfort and living space. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two cozy bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), and a bathroom complete with shower, sink, and bidet. Heading up to the attic floor, you'll discover a spacious bedroom with two or three beds (one double and one single or three singles), a half-bathroom with sink and shower, and a charming terrace with panoramic views. Every space is air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort throughout the year, and the windows are equipped with double glazing and mosquito nets to ensure tranquility and safety. Light isolation is guaranteed by the shutters, allowing for peaceful rest even on the brightest days. Outside, awaits you a spacious garden with an English lawn, a pool area to cool off on hot summer days, a solarium with comfortable sun loungers to sunbathe and relax, an outdoor shower with hot water, a gas barbecue for tasty outdoor grilling, and a practical sink.
