The space The Villa is designed to help you relax and connect with your group and nature. The wall of windows brings in the light and beauty of the clouds and the sea. Comfortable couches set together invite relaxation and conversation, a handsome black wood table and the gourmet kitchen invite you to lounge and eat and enjoy the best life has to offer. Three seperate sleeping spaces with high end mattresses and bedding ensures everyone gets a good nights rest. The private plant filled patio is the perfect place to relax, during the day under the large umbrella, and at night under the milky way. Enjoy the warmth and fun of toasting apples over the fire pit (an Austrian tradition) and the bliss of soaking under the stars. Guest access The whole house and patio are yours alone to enjoy. The private gate out the side patio gives you direct access to the pedestrian path to the beach. Short but steep the path is close to the beach and all the Kingston Beach community has to offer, including excellent Italian, Japanese, Fish and Chips, and coffee restaurants . What a treat to have ample, private off street parking, a quiet location, while still having easy access to the beach and restaurants. The hiking is great. One end of Kingston Beach provides access to the Boronia Beach pathway- a wildlife sanctuary and private no car access beach - while the Alum Chalk Cliff path, a three hour return hike, is accessible at the other end. Other things to note The Kingston Beach Yachting Club and The Kingston Golf Club are close by for your sailing and golfing pleasure! Four grocery stores are located within a 5-minute radius - and Uber Eats delivers from all the best Kingston and Hobart restaurants. Kingston Beach is the gateway to all southern Tasmania has to offer - including Bruny Island, the Antarctica research centre and the Huon Pines reserve. An easy fifteen-minute drive to Hobart so you can sight see during the day and have a swim and quiet place to rest when you are done in. And less than two hours to Mount Fields, Port Arthur and many other Tasmania top visitor sites (MONA is about a 25-minute drive!).
