The house has an excellent location, being away from the busy streets, but it allows you to go down to the beach in a few minutes on foot (10/15 minutes), to get to the bike path where you can walk or rent a bicycle or to go out to dinner in one of the places by the sea. The space The house is independent and is well structured to accommodate tourists. It has a patio in the small garden where you can eat and relax while looking at the sea and the nearby condominium pool to take a refreshing swim. N.B: the pool is a shared pool and has the following opening hours: 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. It will be open from June 1 to September 30 Guest access N.B.: We will be happy to accept groups of young people, but we ask for a damage deposit of €100 PER PERSON to be paid in cash at check-in, which we will return the day after check-out.
