At the rear of the downstairs area, a spacious bathroom awaits, complete with a toilet, basin, and bath with an overhead shower, all decorated to create a relaxing atmosphere. In the warmer months, the delightful country garden offers a tranquil spot to enjoy a morning coffee on the decking. Ascend the stairs to discover two double bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable iron-framed beds and decorated in soothing earthy tones, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Guest access You have access to all areas in the property apart from the wall cupboards in the bedrooms and the attic bedroom. Other things to note No smoking. Please keep a noise to a minimum after 10pm to respect the neighbours. Please put the garden seating cushions away in the boiler cupboard opposite the back door once you have finished using them. Please note: As the property is old and on a main road, some traffic noise may be heard in the front bedroom. However there is a white noise machine you can use if you are a light sleeper, that eliminates some of the noise.
