The cottage is perfect for winter breaks, snuggling up by the log burner with a good book or for summer breaks, relaxing in the wild garden with a cold drink or gently strolling through the town to the beach. The space Walk through the door into the snug living room, light the log burner and relax on the sofas with a good book. Past the staircase you will find a fully equipped kitchen/diner with varnished wooden worktops, a butler sink, electric oven & hob and a dishwasher to clean the dirty dishes for you! To the rear of the ground floor, decorated with an ambient feel, is a large bathroom with a WC, basin and bath with overhead shower. In the warmer months, enjoy the country garden with a coffee on the decking in the morning. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, both with comfortable iron framed beds, drawers and hangers. Guest access You have access to all areas in the property apart from the wall cupboards in the bedrooms and the attic bedroom. Other things to note No smoking. Please keep a noise to a minimum after 10pm to respect the neighbours. Please put the garden seating cushions away in the boiler cupboard opposite the back door once you have finished using them. Please note: As the property is old and on a main road, some traffic noise may be heard in the front bedroom. However there is a white noise machine you can use if you are a light sleeper, that eliminates some of the noise.
