The space Welcome to our charming vacation home, which extends over three floors and offers you everything you need for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Basement: Sanitary rooms: In the basement you will find separate rooms for toilet, shower and sink, which offer you enough space for your daily hygiene. Recreation room: For entertainment, there is a billiard table and a dartboard at your disposal. Perfect for relaxing evenings with friends or family. Floor 2: Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a stove, oven, coffee machine and dishwasher. Here you can prepare your favorite dishes. Dining area: Directly adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers space for shared meals. Living room: A cozy sofa and a TV invite you to relax. Ideal for cozy evenings after a day of activities. Bedrooms: Two separate bedrooms can accommodate a total of four people. One room is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Terrace: From this floor you can access the terrace, which is equipped with chairs, a table and barbecue facilities. Perfect for outdoor meals and social evenings. Floor 3: Sleeping and living area: A steep staircase leads up to the third floor. Here you will find a single bed, desk and cozy area to linger or read. Ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat. Baby cot: In addition, a baby cot is available, so that even our youngest guests have a comfortable place to sleep. This accommodation offers you a perfect mix of comfort and entertainment, ideal for families or groups of friends. We look forward to welcoming you to our vacation home and providing you with a pleasant and relaxing stay. Guest access The entire vacation home is available for the guests' private use. Other things to note 1. Arrival and departure: Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 10 am. These times must be adhered to so that the cleaning service has enough time to clean the house. 2. Parking Right in front of the house is a parking lot where you can park the vehicle. 3. Cleaning: The thorough final cleaning of the apartment is carried out as agreed after your departure by our cleaning service. However, we kindly ask that you remove larger stains in advance. 4. Washing machine, (dryer) and dishwasher: Please clean the lint filter of the dryer after each drying cycle. Make sure all machines are left clean and tidy after you use them. Dish soap tabs are available for the dishwasher. 5. Smoking: There is no smoking inside of the house. Please use the outdoor area for smoking. 6. Pets: No pets allowed. 7. Fire: Be careful when handling burning candles or other flammable materials. Make sure the fire is not unattended. If a fire ignites uncontrollably, take the fire extinguisher located in the stairwell or call the emergency number 118. 8. Inventory and damage: We ask you to handle our inventory with care and to only put clean and dry dishes in the cupboards. Damage to furniture and furnishings occurs and can often be easily repaired. Please inform us immediately of any damage. As a rule, guests are liable for these and are responsible for a corresponding replacement or reimbursement. For minor damage, such as broken dishes, this is usually not necessary. 9. Volume and quiet hours: Please be considerate of our neighborhood and keep the volume down in the apartment, especially when it comes to the volume of music or TV. The general quiet hours start at 10:00 pm 10. Visitors: Your visitors are welcome in our apartment for short periods at any time. However, it is not permitted to have unregistered guests stay overnight in the apartment. 11. Theft: Please note that we do not accept liability for lost or stolen items. Therefore, please keep your valuables safe. 12. Heating: You can adjust the heating at the rotary switch of the radiator. With the number scale 1 – 5 you can make the selection. 1 stands for the lowest and 5 for the highest heat output of the radiator. 13. Emergency: A first aid kit for minor injuries is available on site.
