The space Welcome to our charming three-story cottage offering you everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Enjoy the tranquility and comfort of this fully equipped accommodation. Basement: Sanitary rooms: In the basement you will find separate rooms for toilet, shower and sink, which offer you enough space for your daily hygiene. Leisure room: A pool table and dart board are at your disposal for entertainment. Perfect for relaxed evenings with friends or family. Second floor: Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as stove, oven, coffee machine and dishwasher. Here you can prepare your favorite dishes. Dining area: Directly adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers space for shared meals. Living room: A cozy sofa and a TV invite you to relax. Ideal for cozy evenings after a day of activities. Bedroom: Two separate bedrooms can accommodate a total of four people. One room is equipped with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Terrace: From this floor you can access the terrace, which is equipped with chairs, a table and BBQ facilities. Perfect for al fresco meals and social evenings. Third floor: Sleeping and lounging area: A steep staircase leads to the third floor. Here you will find a single bed, a desk and a cozy area to linger or read. Ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat. Baby cot: In addition, a baby cot is available, so even our youngest guests have a comfortable place to sleep. This property offers you a perfect mix of comfort and entertainment ideal for families or groups of friends. We are looking forward to welcome you to our holiday home and offer you a pleasant and relaxing stay. Guest access The entire cottage is available for the guests private. Other things to note 1. Arrival and departure: Check-in is from 3pm onwards and check-out is 10am. These times must be observed so that the cleaning service has enough time to clean the house. 2. Park There is a parking space right in front of the house where you can park the vehicle. 3. Cleaning: The thorough final cleaning of the apartment takes place as agreed after your departure by our cleaning service. However, we would like to ask them to remove major pollution in advance. 4. Washing machine, (dryer) and dishwasher: Please clean the dust filter of the tumble dryer after each drying process. Make sure all machines are left clean and tidy after you use them. Dish soap tabs are available for the dishwasher. 5. Smoking: There is no smoking inside of the house. Please use the outdoor area to smoke. 6. Pets: Pets are not allowed. 7. Fire: Be careful with the handling of burning candles or other fire hazards. Make sure the fire is not ignored. Should a fire ignite uncontrolled, take the fire extinguisher located in the stairwell or call emergency call 118. 8. Inventory and damages: We ask you to handle our inventory with care and only clean and dryly tidied used dishes in the cabinets. Damage to furniture and furnishings occur and are often easy to repair. Please inform us immediately of any damage incurred. Guests are usually liable for these and are responsible for a corresponding replacement or reimbursement. In the case of minor damage, such as broken dishes, this is usually not necessary. 9.Value and quiet hours: Please be considerate of our neighborhood and keep to the room volume in the apartment, especially at the volume of music or TV. The general night's rest starts at 10:00 PM 10. Visitors: Your visitors are always welcome in our holiday apartment for short periods of time. However, it is not allowed to let unregistered guests stay in the apartment. 11.Theft: Please note that we do not assume any liability for lost or stolen items. Please keep your valuables safe. 12.Heizung: They can switch the heater to the rotary switch of the radiator. Using the Number scale 1 – 5 they can make the selection. 1 stands for the lowest and 5 for the highest heat output of the radiator. 13. Emergency: A first aid kit for minor injuries is available on-site.
