Your family will enjoy our location in a safe and quiet neighborhood on the Wasatch Front. You will occupy the entire basement with recent updates. A spacious 3-bedroom, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, designated work space, plus washer/dryer. Conveniently located for summer adventures (rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, etc) as well as world class skiing in the nearby Cottonwood Canyons. When you are not exploring you can relax and enjoy our hot tub, pool, firepit, and lounge area. The space Purchased a new "6 person Dimensions One Dream Hot Tub" Jan 2024. Two bedrooms have natural light. The queen bedroom does not have a window but does have designated workspace (1 gig wifi) as well as a small yoga / free weights area. King and queen beds have new memory foam mattresses. All bedrooms have plenty of closet space. Fully equipped Kitchen with full size appliances, (refrigerator has ice-maker) Endless supply of hot water with our new Tankless water heater. Our above ground pool is open during the summer season from May 28 to Sept 15. These dates could change dependent on weather. Guest access Free parking (maximum 2 cars) is located to the left side of driveway next to the block wall in front of gate, keeping host access to garage free as shown in picture. To access the basement located back of house enter thru the gate left side of garage, motion activated lights will come on. Six steps are located down to the right. A four digit code will be provided in your emailed welcome letter. Other things to note In the closet near kitchen, you will find a pack & play with sheet, highchair, baby gate, and two additional kitchen chairs. There are also toddler toys in the nautical bedroom closet.
