The house is in a small village, so you’ll need to drive to the beach and nearby towns. We’re happy to recommend car rentals! The space 📍 LOCATION Mili is a quiet, traditional Greek village with narrow lanes, stone houses, and a peaceful atmosphere. There are no cafés or restaurants in the village itself, but you’ll find plenty of options just a short drive away. It’s a lovely spot for those looking to experience authentic village life away from the busier tourist areas ❤️ •No shops in Mili – but grocery stores are listed below under “NEARBY.” •Short drive to – Pythagoreio, Ireon & the beach 🏖️ •Free parking available in the village. 🛌 BEDROOM • The sleeping area features a small double bed (120 cm wide), which is smaller than a standard double. It is located in a cozy loft space, accessible via a short two-step ladder, in the back room (separated by a curtain). If you’re used to a larger bed or extra space while sleeping, please consider this before booking! •En-suite bathroom with a natural stone-wall shower. •Linens, blankets, and pillows provided. •Air bed for the living room available upon request. 🍋 KITCHENETTE •Portable induction cooktop, fridge with freezer. •French press, frappe machine, coffee, tea, honey, and more. •Cookware, utensils, plates, and glassware provided. •Rustic stone sink with drinkable tap water (bottled water is optional). 🚽 TOILET & 🚿 SHOWER •Toilet: Scandinavian-style hand-held bidet, sink, soap, hand towels, toilet paper, and feminine hygiene products provided. •Shower: Open stone-wall shower with a built-in bench. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a set of towels provided. If you are staying 7 days or longer, upon request we will provide you with a change of towels. 🛋️ LIVING-ROOM •Cozy couch, natural stone coffee table, and a selection of magazines and books. •Free Wi-Fi. 🗺️ NEARBY Distances by car: •10 min from the airport ✈️ •12 min from Pythagoreio •25–30 min from Vathy (Samos Town) Nearest grocery stores: •In Ireon & Chora (both less than 10 minutes by car). •Sklavenitis store (Chora): Great selection. 🚗 TRANSPORTATION •A car is recommended for exploring Samos, reaching beaches, and visiting towns. •We can recommend a car rental service—you can rent from the airport or book in advance. •Alternative options: Taxis and local buses (seasonally available), bicycles, and motorbikes (rentable in larger towns). •Parking in Mili is free. The driving instructions you will receive automatically before arriving have directions with photos to guide you to the place you can park. ✅ PLEASE NOTE •Transportation is necessary for getting to and from Mili. While it’s close to Pythagoreio, Ireon, the beach, and the airport, a car or another means of transport is required. •We’re happy to recommend car rental services or provide information on local taxis. ⏰ Check-in: 14:00 – 22:00 🚭 No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside. Guest access You will have full access to the entire house. Other things to note Village life can sometimes be affected by surrounding events, so there is a rare possibility of a water cut-off or power outage during your stay. These issues, though uncommon, can happen occasionally in villages on Samos. If this occurs, it typically affects the whole village, not just the Yellow Mili House.
