OCCUPANCY: This Town Home allows 6 overnight guests. Feel free to have guests over. However, in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 6 people overnight at this home at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction. ACCESS/IDENTIFICATION: Prior to check in, a GOVT ID is required for the party that booked the reservation. The first name, last name, phone number and email address is required for each Guest. WIFI AND CABLE: This home comes with free Wifi and cable. PARKING: Free attached covered two car Garage to use for parking. GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Houston, TX to have a good time, but out of respect to the other neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 11:00pm CST to 7:00am CST. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in the home. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in this home during your reservation period. Smoking is permitted outside of the home on the outside of the Community Gate. MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4:00pm CST and check-out time is prior to or at 11:00am CST. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply. SECURITY: There are no recording devices inside the unit. For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras on the exterior of the front door. Guest access Gate: Guest will be given a Gate Code to enter the Gate.
