Relax & unwind at The Sea Loft, a sun-filled beach house in Bonnet Shores, in Narragansett. It's just a couple of blocks from beautiful (and private) Kelly Beach and a block away from Wesquage Pond where we have kayaks waiting to be taken out for a paddle. Relax with family or friends in a sunny, open space with great hangout areas indoors and out. We're close to Narragansett beaches, restaurants, and shops, plus Newport, the Block Island Ferry and more. The perfect beach vacation awaits! The space Welcome to the beach! 🏖️ Our house is on the beach side of Bonnet Shores in Narragansett. From the house, it’s an easy 5-minute walk to the beautiful (and private) Kelly Beach. We provide beach chairs and two wheeled beach carts. After a day at the beach, rinse off in our outdoor shower 🚿, then relax in a bright sun-lit (and air conditioned) space, vaulted ceilings, and coastal decor 🐚. Enjoy a family dinner in the open concept dining room or on the deck with a cypress tree backdrop for privacy 🌿. And don’t worry, we have a big lobster pot on hand if you plan to enjoy the fresh local seafood at nearby markets (or in case you plan to go clamming)! Enjoy your morning coffee relaxing on the patio nestled among roses or gaze at the stars ✨ in the evening on the patio sofas in front of the gas fire table. Retreat for some quiet time in the spacious, sunny primary bedroom that spans the whole top floor and features a cozy king bed, large en suite full bathroom, sitting area with daybed, balcony with two chairs, and a small office. The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed as well as a laundry room, plus its own entry to the main floor’s bathroom with jetted tub. 🛁 The ground-level floor with in-law suite is great for kids or just to have another area to hang out with its own large living room with a second TV for movies or sports (plus its own kitchen if you want to make nachos or popcorn🍿). This lower level has its a full bathroom, a second laundry room, and a third bedroom with a full and twin bed, plus a daybed with a trundle in the living room. Bonnet Shores is a stone’s throw from all of the Narragansett beaches (surfing anyone? 🏄‍♀️), restaurants, the Narrow River, Newport, the Block Island Ferry⛴️, and all of the activities that South County, RI has to offer! 🌊 We love sharing our home with guests when we aren’t there, and are happy to help with ideas to make your Bonnet Shores beach vacation amazing! 🏖️❤️ Guest access The whole home and it's outdoor spaces are available to our guests except two owner's closets. Other things to note The kayaks are only stored by the pond from early June to some point in October. On rare occasions when water level of the pond rises above the spot we store them, they may need to be brought back to the house so we don’t lose them. The kayaks in the shed are for use at your risk. Life jackets must be used. If our bikes are in the shed when you are there, you are welcome to use them at your own risk. Please honor our generous cancellation policy, and do not request a refund if you cancel within 5 days. We are unable to control the weather and unlikely to be able to rebook and with such short notice. Because the rental season in beach towns like Narragansett are short, last minute cancellations hurt our ability to keep this beautiful home that we and so many of our guests love so much.
