The space The bedroom — overlooking the courtyard, quiet. King-size bed, 180 cm, quality linen, marble fireplace topped with a large mirror, blackout curtains. Wall-mounted TV and reading lights on either side of the bed. The living space — two connecting rooms, each with its own marble fireplace: a sitting room with a linen sofa, armchair and television, and a dining room with a table seating six (you can have guests over). The sofa converts into a 140 cm bed for two additional guests. The kitchen — separate and fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine with capsules. The bathroom — walk-in shower with rainfall head, glass screen, large mirror and heated towel rail. Blue cement tiles and a window, which is rare. Also — a long hallway with mirrored built-in wardrobes, solid parquet floors and 2.80 m ceilings throughout. Guest access The entire apartment is yours — no rooms are locked or off-limits. Two high-end televisions, in the living room and the bedroom, with a full Canal+ subscription — football and major competitions included — plus Netflix and Prime Video. Self check-in via a secure key box: arrive whenever suits you. An access guide with photos and codes is sent before your stay. Bed linen, towels and cleaning products are provided.
