The space About Sapucaia Site: Sítio Sapucaia offers the opportunity for a complete retreat in the midst of nature, with two separate houses, each with its privacy guaranteed. Accommodates up to 16 people. The common areas include a parking, a laundry and the spacious garden, perfect for outdoor leisure moments. The property consists of two houses, as described below: Casa Paineiras: Casa Paineiras is the main and most spacious, located at the bottom of the property, with easy access and without stairs. It is perfect for large families or groups, offering comfortable accommodations and large areas for coexistence. Rooms: Two double bedrooms, including one with King-size bed, and two single bedrooms, ideal for children. In addition, there is a charming mezzanine with double mattress, which can serve as an extra area for relaxation or accommodation. Living room: With sofa, 42-inch TV with access to Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, and an excellent 600 Mbps Wi-Fi internet connection. Kitchen: Simple, but fully equipped, with all the utensils needed to prepare meals at home. Bathrooms: A common bathroom, in addition to the bathroom that serves the single rooms. Capacity: Comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, with additional options for accommodation up to a maximum of 14 people. The house is surrounded by a large garden, with lawn, where you can enjoy the sun, barbecue or relax to the sound of nature. Casa Sapucaia: Casa Sapucaia is a charming, attached house, accessed by a staircase in the woods, which makes it a more reserved refuge within the same property. Ideal for larger groups or as an extension of Casa Paineiras. Rooms: One double bedroom and one single bedroom. Living room: A cozy space to relax, comfortably furnished. Kitchen: Equipped with the main utensils. Bathroom: One bathroom. Capacity: Ideal for up to 4 people, being perfect for a couple, a small family, or as a complement to larger groups hosted in Casa Paineiras. Notes: Casa Sapucaia offers a unique stay experience with exclusive access by a staircase in the woods.
