The land is flat, so there is NO slope or steps to the beach. Very shallow water entry, so it's ideal for the little ones in your family. Large wrap around deck with outdoor furniture. Two queen beds, two twin beds, one bunk bed and one pack-n-play. Can be set up for 2 families one down and one up. Upstairs is a large one bedroom with a queen bed and bunk bed, plus changing room and bathroom with pocket doors. Two downstairs bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two twins. You can fit the pack-n-play either upstairs or downstairs in the queen bedroom. TV in living room and each bedroom, 4 in total.
