Casa Trasteverina is in the beating heart of Rome, a short walk from its most famous historical monuments and the Vatican. The location is perfect for exploring the wonders of the Eternal City on foot: 1 minute from Piazza Trilussa, the hub of youth nightlife, 8 minutes from Campo de' Fiori with its historic market, 12 minutes from Piazza Navona, a jewel designed by Borromini and Bernini, 13 minutes from Circus Maximus, home to events and concerts, and 18 minutes from the Vatican and many other monuments within walking distance. The space The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator) and is surprisingly quiet, despite overlooking a lively street, frequented by tourists until late at night. The spaces are bright and offer a splendid view over the rooftops of Trastevere. On the east side, overlooking Vicolo del Cinque, you will find a large living room with a 65” Smart TV, a king-size sofa bed, a sofa and a table for 6 people. The apartment is ideal for 4 guests, but the comfortable sofa can accommodate, with a surcharge, up to 2 additional guests. A corridor leads to the west side, where there is a bathroom and the kitchen, which includes a bright veranda with a shelf perfect for having breakfast while admiring the historic rooftops of Trastevere. The sleeping area, located on the inner side and very quiet, includes: • a double bedroom with a double bed (160x190) and a private bathroom; • a second smaller double bedroom with a full-size bed (140x190). The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and independent heating. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment Other things to note If the three/four guests are also required to use the sofa in the living room as a third double bed, there is the cost additional €40 per night.
