This truly is a unique treehouse privately nestled in Australian bush overlooking the pristine waters of Sydney’s northern peninsula. The space The home is privately nestled in the treetop canopy of the native spotted gums. You enter the home to a bright open plan entry, Kitchen, Dining and Lounge. The Dining and Lounge flow onto an expansive private deck with BBQ and outdoor dining for 8 people. At the opposite end of the home are 3 Bedroom and two full bathrooms. The Main Bedroom, with Queen bed, flows onto the deck. The Second Bedroom has a double bed and the Third Bedroom a single bed with a second single bed that rolls out from under the existing bed. The Second and Third Bedroom look out to the patio. Custom made furniture and joinery throughout and completely newly renovated and professionally styled. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make a culinary feast or bake up a storm with a myriad of baking dishes and cake tins. There is a Nespresso Machine, French Press and stove-top kettle to make your perfect cuppa. There is also a full Laundry with built-in joinery housing washing liquid, iron, ironing board, vacuum, broom, fire extinguisher, First Aid Kit, bug candle, torch, additional food storage containers, table cloth and apron, at the back of the Kitchen. Please remember as we are in a bush setting, there are many native fauna surrounding outside the property. Guest access The entire home and property is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Please be mindful of the native, protected flora and fauna, which also makes our home so unique. Please remember the house rules regarding No Smoking, No Visitors, No Parties and No Pets. Other things to note Please note we are in a protected native Australian flora and fauna environment. The Powerful Owl and Spotted Gum Eucalyptus forest is protected. We therefore have a No Pets and No Smoking in and around the property to ensure we continue to protect our native plants and wildlife that we can all enjoy at this unique home.
