Our home is a Tech-Built Pre-Fab, Mid-Century Modern house built in 1958 and the apartment is on the bottom floor with it's own parking and entrance behind the house. Beautiful view of Mt. Monadnock. The 800 square foot apartment has an extensive library and many DVDs for your viewing pleasure. It has a fully equiped kitchette with a four person dining table in the living area. We take pride in keeping our place spotlessly clean. Very comfortable queen bed and a futon in the bedroom. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
