Woodland Park is only 20 minutes west of Colorado Springs, 15 minutes to Manitou Springs, 15 minutes to Pikes Peak Highway, and 20 minutes to Florissant. The space Tiny Timber is a cozy and unique woodsy cabin nestled in a tiny home community. It offers three sleeping areas, making it surprisingly spacious. The home also has beautiful ambient garden lighting that guides you to your own hot tub, which feels so good after a day of adventure. Enjoy your morning coffee with mountain views - Tiny Timber's inviting deck looks west to views of world-famous Pikes Peak. Indoors, a beautiful handcrafted nook is the first to greet you. A fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, including a stove top, oven, a coffee bar with a Keurig, and a carousel of spices for your use. Are there stairs in a tiny house? Yup! Tiny Timber has stairs and a ladder that each lead to a loft with comfy queen beds. Kids and adults alike love these cozy spaces. Tiny Timber also has a private bedroom on the main floor that has direct access to the bathroom. In the evening, soak away your cares in the new four-person hot tub, roast s’more’s by our NEW fire pit, enjoy free Netflix on our internet-connected flat screen, or play one of the tiny games from our cute collection that are fun for the whole family . This beautiful and professionally decorated tiny home is surrounded by windows that bring in an abundance of natural light. Come experience the Rocky Mountains and the fun of staying in a tiny home with us! We take our cleaning measures very seriously and provide professional laundry services for all of our linens and towels. There is fast, free WiFi and great cell phone service at the home. There is a single, dedicated parking space in front of Tiny Timber. Note: this is a non-smoking property - no smoking indoors or out. This home is in a tiny home community and is close to other tiny homes. Snow tires and AWD / 4-wheel drive is recommended in winter as the tiny home community roads can get icy at times. Minimum age to rent: 21 Guest access Tiny Timber is completely private. Other things to note Attention: - No pets allowed. - No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors or out. This is a non-smoking property. ($150 fee will apply if this rule is broken). -No parties or events. Liability Note: While we take every measure to ensure guest safety, the use of the loft ladder is at your own risk. In addition, beware of icy conditions in the winter on the pathway and when using the hot tub. Owners and management are not liable for accidents or injuries.
