Welcome to Duck Haven! We are honored to host you and share our special home with you! Located in Nags Head, NC this sound side end-unit condo sits at the base of Jockey's Ridge and has everything you need for creating memories. MP 11.5. Two community pools, fire pit, swings, tennis, pier access to fish/crab and watch the beautiful sunsets! Head out to the back patio and you're steps away from Jockey's Ridge. Head out to your right and take a short path to a beautiful sound beach! See you soon! The space Bedroom 1: King Bed and Bath & Smart TV Bedroom 2: Queen Bed & Smart TV Bedroom 3: Full Bunk with twin above and below & Kids Corner & Smart TV Pull out couch & bedding Please note all TV's in the bedrooms are smart TV's without cable line! The main TV in the living room/downstairs is a Smart TV and has cable for main viewing! Thank you! Guest access Guests have access to two community pools, pier access for fishing (must have a license), crabbing, and stunning sunset viewing. Newly installed pickle ball courts, fire pit (fires permitted in colder temperatures), swings, secluded sound side beach, and boat drop all accessible. Boats can also be stored in designated spots while renting! Other things to note Minutes away from (a few favorites): Restaurants: Lucky 12 pizza, Pier House, Tortugas Lie, Greentail's Seafood, Waverider's, and The Spot. Family Fun: Flying kites on Jockey's Ridge, Putt putt, Laser tag & arcade, Dowdy park and kid fun, Bowling, Bumper Cars, and Ropes Courses. Beach Access: Bonnett's Street Access. Newly renovated with showers, bathrooms, volleyball court, and parking! Like to work out? YMCA is less than a mile away- Day or weekly passes available! We are a small, family owned property and appreciate every guest. Guests must be 21 years old to book this property and be present during the entire stay. No pets allowed. No Smoking/vaping.
