Yourte "PouNou"

A large bright cocoon to recharge your batteries in the heart of the hills of "little Tuscany" (30 km from the center of Toulouse). The yurt has a large private garden offering a very pleasant extension to the interior space, both being very comfortable. Inside: king-size bed, bathroom, equipped dining area and wood-burning stove. Outside: terrace with bar, brazier and private spa from which you can enjoy the landscape and, at night, the stars... In summer, shared access to the pool. The space No partition or mezzanine has been installed in the yurt, so as to retain all the charm and soothing effect of an atypical circular volume (about 40 m2), throughout which the living spaces are arranged (dining area and kitchen, office, bedroom with king-size bed and living room with pull-out sofa offering two real single beds). The bathroom is a separate room directly accessible from the yurt (hydromassage jet shower, sink and dry toilet). The transparent roof sky (openable on request, in summer) and the large glass openings offer beautiful light and the possibility to always be able to admire nature, including for very young children :) In the private garden (about 600 m2, partially fenced), you have a beautiful wooden terrace (20 m2), a private spa for 6 people (free, accessible day and night, water up to 40°C), a brazier, a barbecue and several small spaces furnished and decorated for you to eat, relax and enjoy. In summer, star lovers can sleep outside if they wish, on the terrace bench or in the hammocks, or simply take pleasant naps to the sound of cicadas. NB: all household linen is provided (sheets and duvet covers, towels, bath towels/bathrobes for the hot tub and pool, dish towels, baby towel, etc.) PLEASE NOTE: LATE OPENING OF THE POOL ON JULY 15TH THIS YEAR (2024) FOR CLIMATE REASONS. Thank you Guest access The yurt is located on a property of almost 1 hectare comprising three 19th century buildings: a tobacco dryer, a bread oven and an old farmhouse under renovation (our main accommodation, also open for rent in the summer). Some of these spaces are accessible to you: the tobacco dryer (laundry room), and the bread and pizza oven (with terrace and pergola), which can be booked on request for a day or an evening (extra charge). In summer, also shared access: a large above-ground round pool (8 m in diameter), and below the ground the children's play area (swing in the trees and trampoline) and a small natural pond in the wild (water lilies, frogs and goldfish). Other things to note MEALS: *Coffee, tea, herbal teas and hot chocolate are offered free of charge for your breakfast, as well as the basic condiments needed for cooking. RELAXATION: * Massage services by a certified professional: Vanessa offers energy massages (from 30 min to 90 min/from €25 to €90/at the yurt or at the lounge, located 100 m away): a wide variety of wellness massages performed with the application of oils, on the whole body (long massage) or targeted (hands, face, head, feet, legs, back...). Also, introductory workshops for massaging babies, children and adults (in pairs, with friends or family, in the yurt). -> Detailed treatment menu provided upon request / booking required FOR FAMILIES: *A high chair and crib (with mattress, sheets, blanket, etc.), as well as a potty for young children can be provided (free, on request). *Experienced babysitter recommendation (€25 package for 2 hours + €5 per additional half hour) FOR GROUPS: *Depending on the circumstances, additional guests (> 4 adults and/or children excluding babies) can be accommodated upon request at the time of booking, (extra charge of €25 per person/night). An extra bed can be provided and/or tents can exceptionally be accepted in the private garden (upon request). NOTE: *On the property you are likely to meet our dog Laya (Golden Retriever cross) and our cat Isidore (aka "Big Cat"), both very affectionate and generally curious about visitors :) *The yurt is a space whose natural light follows that of the sky. If you're worried about being woken up by the morning light, remember to bring your sleep mask ;) *Wi-Fi: Our residence is not yet connected to fiber optic; the yurt can be equipped with a 4G box on request: the reception of the box is generally very good BUT may be subject to weather conditions. However, reception on smartphone (4G, 5G) is constant and of very good quality. For security reasons, teleworkers should consider using their own connection.
