Brand New Nara’s guest house

The home is BRAND NEW built in 2022 &located in a convenient and safe quiet Lynnwood residential neighborhood. I-5 and I-405 are just minutes away. Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett are about 15 miles away. Great for a family, a couple, solo adventurers, or business travelers. We care our guests to be comfortable as possible. I get back to you asap if you have any question. The space The guest suite has 1 bedroom- 1 queen and 1 twin bed, two bathroom, a kitchen, and laundry room. This home will comfortably house for 3 people. if you have visiter living room has long Dania leather sofa. The living room has has a 65' smart TV, and a electric fireplace. Plates, bowls, forks, spoons, cups, knifes, kitchen towels etc. are provided. The Laundry room has a stack washer and dryer. Shampoo and clean bath towels are provided. The place has a large, grassy front-yard with furniture. Guest access The whole place is for guests. You will have full and private access to the entire place through the entry door. You also have front and back yard with outdoor furniture. The parking spots are on the right side on the front or you can park front of the airbnb in the back. Other things to note You will have complete privacy. However, if you need anything, I can be reached via phone or messages. Please leave a voicemail, text or an email if I am unavailable. I get back asap for our quests. I always let guests check in earliest possible if its ready to check in.
