Welcome to our newly renovated home. This little slice of heaven is exactly where you need to stay to get the full Grafton experience. Located closely to many highlights of our town. The parking on the property is endless. This home is located on a 5 acre lot, with a beautiful wrap around porch. The upper back deck is perfect to wake up and have coffee on. There will be light traffic in and out of the property. This is because there is a small fire wood operation that takes place. The space The design is custom built from wood cut on our own Grafton Mountain Green sawmill which is located out back on the property. You will see many specialty pieces while staying here. The floors/walls/countertops were all done from trees that were cut to clear some of the property. This unit sleeps 4 people comfortably. Guest access The neighborhood is quiet. This home is located right off of Route 2. Other things to note - This home is a two family home….. - consideration, respect of others - for those that have hybrid vehicles…. Do not plug them in..
