Cottage house A little home

This cottage is ideal for recharging your batteries in the countryside with family. A nature vacation! You will have no trouble finding hiking trails, walking, on foot or by bike (available) in our charming little village... Fishing route 5 minutes away also. Nestled in the heart of the 7 valleys, the coast is 30 minutes away (on the way, visit Hesdin! 2nd favorite village of the French) Arras, its squares, its belfry are 30 minutes away. Croix-en-Ternois car racing circuit 10 minutes away. The space On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with access to the toilet for complete independence, then a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed with an adjoining shower room and large shower. Upstairs are the sitting area with 24-inch LED TV and an open bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds convertible to king size on request. We have thought about the comfort of families with a space and play area secured by a gate and games available. Outside, a large private green terrace welcomes you with views of the pastures and stables. Important: A rental agreement and general conditions will be signed and returned to me once your booking is made and confirmed. (as advised by airbnb). Guest access You can access the cottage from the main street through entrance number 9 (we are at 9 bis) and would have shared access to the large paved courtyard and the pebble and lawn areas (your large terrace is private). There is only one cottage on site. You have access to the garbage room, and to the lean-to where you can dry the laundry and store the bikes.
