It has an equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with toilet. Charming village, shops and local market. Only 10 km from the great beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor... Many bike paths that go to the beach and through the forest. The space The studio is adjacent to our house, but you are completely independent and not overlooked. Private garden, terrace with plancha, umbrella, deckchairs. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and microwave. The bathroom consists of a shower cubicle, sink and toilet. A small room in the garden to store bicycles, boards, suitcases... Possibility of using washing machines (extra charge). Parking is free. The sofa bed (new mattress) will be made upon arrival. A fan will cool the atmosphere when ☀️☀️🥵 Bed linen, 2 shower towels, 1 bath mat and 2 tea towels will be provided. This studio is exclusively made for 2 people. Guest access The studio, garden and terrace are fully independent and private. Only for you. Other things to note Studio fully renovated in May 2023. Thank you in advance for leaving the studio clean and tidy. The plancha, hob and fridge must be left clean.
