Facing south, in a very nice valley, bordered by horse meadows, and facing the forest, our house is a 19th century Burgundian farmhouse, completely renovated while retaining the charm of old houses. Close to Gâtinais, 1h30 from Paris (A6 and A5 highways 15 minutes away), our house welcomes you for a weekend or vacation, with its beautiful living rooms, 4 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms/shower and separate toilet, in a large wooded garden of 3000 m2. The space Our country house, 200 m2 spread over 2 levels, has large and comfortable living rooms: 30 m2 living room and 30 m2 kitchen. Kitchen: fitted with many cupboards, and a central console, the kitchen is equipped with a complete appliance (oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer), as well as dishes and utensils for most of your preparations. Its generous dimensions also allow you to eat around a large farm table with bistro chairs. 1 Godin stove also equips this large living room Dining room: adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room. The table with its extensions and chairs gives the possibility to vary the places of meals, but also to distribute the large and the smaller ones on 2 different tables Vestibule: once past the entrance, the vestibule is furnished with an old wardrobe to store your coats and jackets. In this same room, a table/desk will allow you to work while enjoying the nearby wifi. Living Room: ideal for getting together with family or friends, after a good day in the great outdoors.
