Welcome to Polignano a Mare, the pearl of the Adriatic, awarded in 2023 as the “most welcoming place in the world.” Our accommodation, carefully renovated in 2022, is the perfect choice for those seeking relaxation and comfort: just minutes from the sea, close to the spectacular cliffs and the main attractions of Puglia. -Infants (0–2 years) stay free; -Extra bed for guests aged 3 and over: €40 per night; -City tax: €2 per person per night, payable at check-in. The space The accommodation reserved for guests is located in the villa inhabited by the owners. It has an independent entrance. It is composed of a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and breakfast area. There is a private bathroom also equipped with a chromotherapy shower. Outside, the room overlooks a patio surrounded by the villa's garden. Guests can make free use of the enclosed internal parking. The accommodation is 5 km from the most exclusive beach in Polignano: guests can use the beach service for a fee. Guest access Guests can enjoy a patio overlooking the garden. The patio is equipped with 2 deck chairs, 1 table and 2 chairs, a sink, a barbecue and a rack for drying the beach towels. The car park is just a few meters away, which makes loading/unloading luggage very comfortable. Other things to note Extra paid service: entry for two people to exclusive beach with use of an umbrella and two sunbeds (from 27th.05.2024 to 08th.09.2024).
