Recently renovated, bright, quiet, clean and functional. Perfect for families or groups of friends. Close to Trastevere station, it is well connected to the historic center and the most important points of Rome. Circo Massimo, where concerts often take place, can be reached on foot. The space It is equipped with all comforts and designed in detail to offer guests the utmost comfort and amenities, bright, quiet, and quiet. It is located on the first floor (there is a small flight of stairs to access). It is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a washing machine and a dishwasher, Wi-Fi internet. There are two bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms with a large shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, an electric oven, a microwave and other commonly used appliances. In the living room there are: a sofa bed, an extra single bed, a smart TV. The heating is centralized, the ignition takes place in the winter months (November/April). LOCATION It is easily accessible from Fiumicino airport by train that passes from Trastevere station. The station is a few minutes away on foot (you can use the train to get to the airport, instead of the taxi). It is located between the two historic neighborhoods of Trastevere and Testaccio. It is not in the most "monumental" center of the city, but it is well connected by public transport: - buses and trams lead with a few stops to the most touristic places in the historic center, for example tram no. 8 reaches wide Argentina (Piazza Navona and Pantheon) and Piazza Venezia (Via del Corso, Fori and Colosseum), - with only one train stop from Trastevere station you can get to San Pietro. The two neighborhoods of Trastevere and Testaccio are full of clubs, cultural events and restaurants and places to enjoy authentic Roman cuisine. In the neighborhood, there's Porta Portese's ancient market every Sunday. Nearby you can find PARKING for the car: there are free parking areas and paid garage that have affordable prices.
