Family and Dog friendly Cottage with wood burner

Stable Cottage is a spacious dog friendly cottage fully equipped for family living just over 5 miles from Falmouth in the North Helford River AONB. Stable has parking for 2 vehicles directly outside the front door with space for a 3rd vehicle at the back, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with log-burner and 85" Smart TV and a downstairs snug ideal as a study or 4th bedroom. The gardens are fenced in and the Barton is a very safe environment for dogs and children. The space Stable cottage is a converted barn in a rural Barton. Old stone walls and barn features are complimented by a modern kitchen and bathroom extension to the rear. Unlike some cottages there is a full staircase and no low ceilings. Stable sleeps 6 upstairs in 3 bedrooms. In addition to the downstairs living room there is a snug with bedsettee which makes for a great workspace or can be set up as a 4th bedroom. We fully welcome dogs at Stable at no extra charge for up to 3 dogs. The Barton is a very safe environment and there is an outside dog shower for salty sea dogs (the local creek beaches are dog friendly all year). Whilst a car is needed for exploring there are walks from the doorstep and 'around the corner' is the lovely Potager Greenhouse garden cafe and a mile away down the hill is Port Navas Yatch Club, both serving food Thursday - Sunday.
