Suitable for families, groups, business travelers and fitters – for both short stays and longer bookings. Bedroom Bedroom 1: two double beds (at least 160x200 cm). Bedrooms 2 and 3: each with a double bed (at least 160x200 cm). All bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps and their own Samsung Smart TV, as well as a wardrobe or dresser. Kitchen & Dining Area Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The separate dining area with a large table can accommodate all 8 guests at the same time – ideal for shared meals or meetings. Patio Terrace with a view of the countryside and garden furniture for relaxing outdoors. Baths 1 bathroom with shower and 1 separate guest toilet for more comfort for several people. Sanitary facilities: The bathroom and the amenities included in it, such as a sink, shower and toilet, are used exclusively with your fellow travelers. Common areas: Laundry facilities: The washing machine and dryer are in a common room in the building. These facilities are available to all guests of the house and can be used for a small fee. Parking spaces: While you have your own parking space, there are additional parking spaces on the premises that can be used by other guests. Entrance area: The entrance to the building is a common area. From there, you can reach your private apartment directly via a staircase. Contact with other guests: Contact with other guests is minimal. The areas shared with others, such as the entrance area or the laundry room, are designed so that everyone enjoys sufficient privacy.
