The space The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a Haussmann building with an elevator, in a lively and sought-after neighborhood. Perfect for a stay as a couple, with family or friends, or for business travel, it is close to locals’ favorite spots and public transport — feel free to ask us for recommendations. Bright and comfortable, it features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 3 bedrooms, and a balcony. It can accommodate up to 7 guests + 1 baby: - 1 queen bed (160x200) - 2 single beds (80x200) - 1 sofa bed (140x200) - 1 loft bed (90x200) - 1 baby bed (120x60) You will have access to wifi, a washing machine, a dryer, and hotel-quality linens. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. To give you maximum flexibility, the key will be handed over by us or a friend at the time of your choice between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated no later than 11:00 am, and the key returned to us. If the departure instructions are not respected, we may need to charge a €50 service fee.
