Private room for one person in a pleasant and well-maintained detached house with lush garden and sunny terrace areas. Cool, fresh indoor climate in summer, warm and good in winter. The nearest grocery store is 5 minutes walk from the house, 15 minutes walk to Egersund city center. Enclosed garden and terrace areas where you can enjoy the good weather days in comfortable outdoor chairs. Feel free to fire up the fire pan, the wood is free. Free parking at the host's property. The host speaks Norwegian, English, German and Italian. The space The guest's private room has a frame bed, chest of drawers and spacious wardrobe with wire shelves and clothes hangers. You choose whether you want blackout or non-blackout curtains, as well as winter duvet or summer duvet during your stay. Oven is available. The home is staircase-free inside and has very good lighting. Guest access Bathroom and kitchen are shared. The house's two living rooms and other usable area/outdoor area are shared with the host. Both living rooms have TV with basic Altibox channels and Netflix. You interact with the host as much - or as little as you like. As the living rooms are separate, there is plenty of space to sit shielded if you want to be in peace. The home has stable and fast 5G internet, and the guest can use a screened area that is well suited for home office/laptop. During your stay The host has great knowledge of the Egersund area and will be able to provide you with information about local hiking areas, bathing areas, attractions and events in the area. Should you need any other help, I will of course do my best to assist. Other things to note The minibus service "HentMeg" has a pick-up point just outside the residence. You can therefore, for a cheap price and in an easy way, get to and from places within the city limits, within the set driving time.
