Welcome to our holiday home in the heart of Salento, one of Italy's most fascinating regions, famous for its crystal-clear waters, white sandy beaches and rich cultural tradition. The villa is located within a residential area with private access, about 800 meters from the first rocky beach and just a few kilometers from the beautiful sandy beaches of Punta della Suina, Lido Pizzo, and Gallipoli. The space The house has 2 double bedrooms (sleeps 4), a dining room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and 2 large terraces. A terrace living area with large automated awning and relaxation area with sofas, coffee table and gazebo Dining table and armchairs Barbecue Second large terrace accessed both from the bedroom and also from outside the house via a gate. The terrace has a large gazebo sheltering a relaxing Jacuzzi for the exclusive use of the house guests. The terrace is also equipped with an outdoor shower and toilet. Guest access The entire house and the outdoor terraces including the use of the jacuzzi are for the exclusive use of the house guests. Other things to note Guests must show a valid identity document at check-in to allow the registration at the Police Station. For the use of air conditioners and Jacuzzi, a supplement of €0.40 per kwh is required, to paid in cash at check out. Guests will see the meter connected at check in and check out. Optional linen rental (towels and sheets): €20 per person per week. Please inform us within 2 days of arrival if you wish to rent linen. Payment must be made in cash at check-in. The linen rental fee is calculated on a weekly basis. Therefore, for stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory change of sheets and towels is required, and the corresponding cost will be charged to the guest.
