Rest easy at the Harbor Watch, a large-scale tiny home situated in the heart of Noyo Harbor, a historic and fully operational fishing harbor. At this vacation rental, you’re right on the water -- any closer, and you’d be swimming -- so you’ll have a front-row seat for our spectacular sunsets. It gives you the perfect vantage point to wave to passing fishing boats, keep an eye on the playful antics of frolicking seals, and listen to the lapping waters of the ocean. You’ll be the first to see any comings and goings, from curious wildlife to diving birds to resilient rowing teams. Situated right on the pier, this recently renovated cabin offers the rustic charm of a fishing village bungalow coupled with a stellar list of amenities and easy access to the best destinations of the coast. The Mendocino Coast is your oyster. NOTE: The ceilings in the loft are very low, about 4 feet high - very comfortable but just watch your head. I personally think that is adds to the rustic harbor experience but there are some who do not like being in an RV park. Please look through all of the photos on this rental so you can get an idea of what the park is like so you can make a personal determination if this is right for you . IN THE HOUSE The house binder on the kitchen counter has just about all the information you might possibly need and probably a little more. There are 2 Television sets in the home, one in the living room downstairs and another in the Beanbag room in the loft. The instructions for both TV's are in the binder towards the back for your convenience. GARBAGE There are garbage cans for the trailer park at the inside entrance to the park on the left side when looking back from the unit. VEHICLES There is room for one vehicle which can park directly beside the unit. If there is need for a second vehicle, please reach out to us so we can try to accommodate if possible. Since the parking is right beside the unit and there are other units close by, please try to be as quiet as possible early in the morning and late at night. Thank you ! There is plenty to see and do as well as having some great restaurants to get some great food, have a drink, listen to some live music and more Guest access All properties have access to the whole property - Properties in the Noyo Harbor also have access to the private dock as well. Other things to note Fort Bragg is a very friendly, family oriented town with lot`s of activities that you can do. There is wine tasting, hiking in the redwoods and on the beach, biking, surfing, diving, whale tours, sport fishing and more.
