The large master bedroom (king bed) with ensuite captures ocean views and ocean waves are heard. The large family -friendly kitchen is fully equipped with induction hobs. There are 2 light -filled bedrooms down stairs with queen comfortable beds and linen.. There is a large double bed available in the 4th bedroom downstairs. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a bath and separate toilet room. Enjoy a 13 metre lap pool, with pool pergola including an outside kitchenette / BBQ area. Enjoy and private gardens, property fully fenced. Sun lounges available for added relaxation. An outside shower provided for after the beach rinse off. Other things to note There is plenty of parking on the large driveway and on the street. It is a quiet street with easy 5 minute stroll to the beach. A bus stop very near for public transport to Noosa and other places of interest.
