Apartment Peti is located in the part of Belgrade called Dorćol with 20 minutes of walk until central tourist streets (Knez Mihailova, Skadarlija), historical fortress - Kalemegdan, Republic Square, Zoo are reached (2 minutes from the apartment, in Cara Dušana Street, is the bus station with wide range of buses which can be used for transport to these destinations).Other attractions like Museum of Nikola Tesla and Church of Saint Sava can be visited with bus 26(station in front of the building) The space Apartment Peti is situated on the 11th floor of a building equipped with two elevators. It offers balconies wirh a view of the Danube River, the city center and Zemun (Gardoš Tower). Being an 81 square meter apartment with living room and two bedrooms it is suitable for a stay of up to six people. Has 4 beds, king size bed (190x200cm) in one bedroom, 2 single beds (90x200cm) in second bedroom and sofa bed in living room which can be converted in bed 135x200cm. All rooms in the apartment are separate and can be accessed through the main corridor ( living room can also become a third separate bedroom). Through the main corridor you can reach the bathroom and the kitchen with dining area. All rooms have access to one of the balconies where smoking is allowed. Also all rooms are equipped with air conditioners. There is the locked storage room next to the apartment, so if you are arriving earlier than check in time ( 14.00) you can put your luggage in that room and you will get the key, similarly the storage room can be used after check-out (11:00 a.m.).. Self check in with lockbox is also available. Let me know if you are arriving with a car because I can help you in finding a free parking space around the building of apartment. Paid parking off premises - Parking around the building is a zone B ( 3 hours max) and it cost around 0.5euro per hour (65 rsd), 3rd hour 180 rsd, after that you need to move to another zone or to pay a daily ticket ( daily ticket will be issued on Parking Servis website) and it cost around 26 euros ( if you pay in 20 days you get 50% discount, so price is around 13 euros ) but also there are free unzoned parking spaces, shared first come, first served. For example entire parking lot next to the Maxi supermarket ( Mike Alasa street) is free and with unlimited parking time, also a lot of small streets in the neighborhood are serving as free parking.. Near apartment is a taxi station ( street Jevrejska 3). From 01.01.2025 public transport is free of charge ( every bus, trolley bus, tram) except minibuses like minibus A1 from airport where you need to buy a ticket from the driver, 400rsd, usually in cash ( and also there are in the city minibuses E2, E6, E9 ). For navigation and directions through the city excellent choice are Beograd Plus App , Gogle map and App Moovit. Bus line 26 (which has a stop in front of the apartment building) due to the traffic blockade at the National Assembly and the ban on any traffic in that part of the city, currently does not stop at Republic Square (Trg Republike), but is forced to go a little around. However, there is an alternative, you can take bus 24, which looks like a minibus but is a free bus line and goes along Dobračina Street and stops at the National Museum (1 minute from Republic Square ). The bus stop for bus 24 is a few minutes from the apartment building, on the corner of Cara Dušana and Kralja Petra Streets, or you can even take bus 26 in front of the apartment building and get off at the next stop and then wait for bus number 24... Guest access The entire apartment is available only to you Other things to note Upon arrival, guests are required to present their personal identification document, such as a passport, for registration purposes with the Tourist Organization of Serbia. Apartment Peti is registered with the Tourist Organization under number 10029780.
