Peti

Description

Apartment Peti is private home located in Dorćol, an authentic Belgrade neighborhood, about a 20-minute walk from the main tourist areas such as Knez Mihailova, Skadarlija, Kalemegdan Fortress, Republic Square, and the Zoo (bus 26, stop in front of the apartment is going directly to Republic Square) It is an excellent choice for guests who value space, cleanliness, and good value, rather than a luxury or hotel-style experience. If that’s what you’re looking for, I will be very happy to host you. The space Apartment Peti is located on the 11th floor of a residential building with two elevators. It features balconies with views toward the Danube River, the city center, and Zemun (Gardoš Tower). With 81 m², the apartment accommodates up to six guests and is well suited for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Sleeping arrangements: • Bedroom 1: king-size bed (190 × 200 cm) • Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 × 200 cm) • Living room: sofa bed (135 × 200 cm) All rooms are separate and accessible from the main corridor (the living room can also function as a third private sleeping space). Each room has access to a balcony (smoking is allowed only on the balconies), and all rooms are air-conditioned. Heating is central and provided by the city (the building is connected to the city heating plant), the same situation is with hot water - it is provided by the city and it is available all the time. 🔑 Practical details • Self check-in is also available via lockbox • A locked storage room next to the apartment is available for luggage before check-in (14:00) and after check-out (11:00) 🚗 Parking If you are arriving by car, please let me know — I’m happy to help you find parking ( and explain how it works) • Street parking around the building is Zone B (paid, time-limited for 3 hours ( 65 rsd/din per hour ( about 0,5 euro) or issued daily ticket ( about 26 euro or 13 euro if it is paid in 20 days) on Parking Servis website or App) • There are also free, unzoned parking options nearby, including the parking lot next to the Maxi supermarket on Mike Alasa Street and several smaller surrounding streets (first come, first served) A taxi station is located nearby at street Jevrejska 3. 🚌 Getting around From 01.01.2025, public transport in Belgrade is free of charge (buses, trams, trolleybuses), except for minibuses such as the A1 airport line. Public transport is very convenient: You can use bus 26, instead of walking to the Republic Square and Knez Mihailova Street. Bus 26 has a stop in front of the apartment building and stops directly at Republic Square. The same bus line can also be used to visit the Temple of Saint Sava and the Nikola Tesla Museum because it stops close to these tourist attractions.
