Built on a magnificent landscape surrounded by a beautiful green garden, with a large pool and panoramic view of the Libyan Sea our Villa is the ideal heaven for families or small groups on South Crete. Casa Riza ideal place for relaxing and peaceful vacation. Imagine yourself drinking a refreshing beverage lying on our free sunbeds and enjoying the pool and the panoramic sea view. The space The villa is in the small village of Koutsounari just 9km from Ierapetra, one of the bigger cities of south Crete. The villa itself is a total of 140 square meters house in the middle of a large property of 800 square meters, consists of 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom and a large open space kitchen-living-dining area. The initial and more characteristics features of the villa if the large glass opening (doors and windows) which gives the opportunity to enjoy the panoramic view from inside. The pool area has been designed to provide a space for tranquility and calmness all day long. Dip into the swimming pool and bathe in the sunlight. Enjoy your coffee or drinks laying on the comfortable wooden loungers. The Property layout: There is an open space area where you will find a large, comfortable and fully equipped kitchen where you will be able to prepare any meals or snacks for your loved ones. The living & dining area is also spacious and equipped with furniture in white colors, the ideal space for the whole family to enjoy memorable moments. The whole space is decorated in a minimalistic style and based on the white color which has always been a key component in Greek architecture. Bedroom 1: Large space equipped with a queen size bed, a couch & a large built-in white wardrobe. Bedroom 2: Large space equipped with 2 single beds and a large built-in wardrobe. Bathroom: Large and spacious with a shower equipped and all amenities and daily care products for comfortable stay. Outdoor: Outside the front door, just on the side of the main building under the Pergola you will meet that large Monasterial style table is the place to gather for casual meals or a special family feast. The lawn garden with the pine & olive trees makes the garden the ideal place for the kids to play while their parents can observe them, even from the living room thanks to the big balcony doors which allows for direct access to the garden. On the bottom east corner of the property you will meet the pool area with the wooden parasols & loungers. The pool area is designed so you can enjoy it at all times and has enough space around so your kids can also play while you enjoy the water or a sunbath during the day. We are always available for anything you might need so don’t hesitate to contact us if you need information or assistance. Mr Vasilis is living in a separate house next of the villa. He is usually working during the day so most likely you will meet him only on late hours but if you need anything he is always happy to help. Please note that we accept small pets (cats and dogs up to 5kg) that are well trained and behaved.
