The modern touches embellished with woodwork &carefully chosen interior will give a homely feel. The space ThirtyVII offers you : —-> Custom made Swahili furniture with fragile /delicate decor . The house is fit for kids from 10 and above . —-> Spacious rooms with a queen and twin bed with orthopedic mattresses , quality linen , an energy saving LG AC in each room and ceiling fans . —-> Comfy living room space with 43’ smart tv , free WiFi , AC , ceiling fan and breakfast high chairs . —-> Modern kitchen with 4 gas burner cooker , microwave , fridge , kettle , blender, coffee maker , water dispenser . We will provide a starter pack of water , tea bags and sugar to get you going and you will be required to replenish at own cost during your stay . —->A work station in one of the rooms though you can work from anywhere around the house . —-> A bathroom with tissue, shower gel , hand wash …be sure to enjoy a really hot shower while at ThirtyVII . — -> A wash area with an iron board and iron box , please don’t iron on the linen . —-> A generator when there is a power outage . This ONLY services the common areas (stairs , parking area, common lighting areas ) and not the apartment . We have provided rechargeable lights for use in the house during power outages . Remember to carry your own back up WiFi if you need to work while traveling incase of a power outage . —-> Gate manned 24/7 with security personnel , and one free parking slot . —-> Free house keeping services and change of linen and towels after the third night for stays more than 5 nights . Extra cleaning services available at a fee of USD5/ KSHS500 for half a day . —-> Our neighbours include other apartment blocks , top beach hotels in Nyali - Voyager Beach , Jumeirah Beach , Bahari Beach , Mombasa Beach . Mid view Hotel is right next door . We are also close to Nyali Barracks which is a Kenya Defence force military base , QuickMatt Supermarket , Nyali golf course , Java House and many food places in Nyali . Lastly , as the sun goes down , sit by the balcony as you enjoy time with friends over tea/coffee or your drink of choice 😊 Guest access Guests will access the entire apartment and have it to themselves . You will also enjoy the shared pool downstairs . Other things to note Price is inclusive of electricity . However , for stays of more than 5 nights , guests will replenish once the welcome package of electricity tokens we have provided runs out . Our calendar is up to date , feel free to book after you have read the description and house rules and are agreeable . —-> On the day of check in , there is a security procedure at the gate which is the building’s security protocol . You will be required to sign a form which we will have pre-filled for you . You will add your identification number for Kenyans and passport number for non residents . You will include names of other guests coming with you. —->ThirtyVII is on the first floor with access via an elevator or the staircase . You will see the signage at the door on the first floor as on the pics . —-> We will provide linen , towels and trash bags throughout your stay . The housekeeper will come in after the third day to clean the house and change the linen and towels . This is applicable for guests staying more than five nights . —-> If you are not traveling alone , it is important that we know how many people will be coming , please do the registration on the app accordingly .( house sleeps max 4 ) —-> This property is not suitable for children under 10 years and hence bookings with under 10 yr olds will not be allowed. —-> Any damage or breakage to any contents of the house has to be reported immediately and is charged at the current market price . There is an inventory with pricing in the house which can serve as a guidance but is not accurate due to inflation . —-> Any breakage or damage of plates, mugs ( crockery ) and glasses has to be reported then replaced as a set . Guests are free to go with the remaining pieces . —-> We have provided swimming towels . Do not take white bath towels outside the apartment. Should any bath towel be torn or dirty from outside use or used to wipe off makeup or get stained a replacement or deep cleaning fee of USD20 per towel applies —-> Always remember to turn OFF the AC , all appliances plus all power sockets when leaving the house or when not in use . —->The wifi password is on the app. The swimming pool is open from 6-6pm . —-> For extra security , we have provided a safe deposit box in the master bedroom for your valuables . —->The house is a no smoking zone . No smoking is allowed (weed , cigarettes or shisha or drugs ) .Please go downstairs to smoke . Smoke away from the home. Evidence of smoking in the house will incur a $400 minimum fine . —-> Check out time is at 10am , and check in is at 2 pm to provide ample time for thorough cleaning .Our housekeeper will be there before you leave to ensure all is well though we recognise that different guests will have different schedules. Please inform us before the day of check out of your schedule . —->To provide excellent cleaning services, we cannot always be flexible with check in/ check out times but we try to do our best to help our guests . —-> Incase you will have guests visiting who are not staying with you during your stay , they will have to register at the gate for security purposes. —-> Our immediate neighbours include other apartment blocks and hotels . We will not always know of activities, conferences or functions happening in the neighbourhood but generally there is peace and quiet . —-> To help conserve our environment please close windows and keep doors closed while running the AC units to minimise electricity consumption. Please ALWAYS switch off lights , AC and all appliances when leaving the house or when not in use . —-> The rooms are fixed with nets on the sliding windows . We have also provided insect spray for your convenience. ----> There is one free parking space for you during your stay . ---->In the event of a power outage , we do not offer refunds for these occurrences as they are largely out of our control .
