Located just on the banks of Douro River, Douro Yachts & Chalets features spacious chalets, a beautiful space with a pool and a marina, where guests can charter either motor or sailing yachts. The property offers free use of kayaks to all its guests. Douro Yachts & Chalets is 1 km from Ferradosa railway station, which has direct trains to Porto and free HS WIFI. The space I love what I do !!! Wilderness, away from it all… You can spent a good deal of time just chilling out and enjoying the peace and quiet. The railway line is on the other side of the river and a few trains a day – plus the occasional river tour boats – pass by. These don’t disturb the peace of the area, rather, they enhance it by underlining just how quiet it is! There are three units – a small house and two chalets. There is one good restaurant close to the marina. Some great restaurants are reachable by boat. Don’t expect entertainment and nightlife but do expect to relax and enjoy the remoteness and the peace.
