Schooner rides, boats, kayaks, SUP and banana-boat are offered on the beach. The space The building is 50 meters from the beach and everything can be done on foot. The apartment is on the first floor and has no protective screens on the windows and balcony. It has two bedrooms, both with split air conditioners. It has a parking space and the surrounding streets do not charge for parking. The apartment has a place on the ground floor where beach chairs and umbrellas are available to guests. No pets allowed. Guest access There is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment (photo in the ad). There is no elevator. There are no protective screens on the windows and balcony. The terrace can only be used to take pictures of the landscape. Other things to note Please consult the host via Airbnb chat before booking. You need to bring bed linen, bath linen, beach towel and toiletries (toothpaste, shampoo, ...). There are pillows and comforters in the apartment. Pets and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment. There are security cameras outside the building (garage) Ubatuba has an environmental preservation fee (TPA) that is the guest's responsibility. Daily rates are recorded through an electronic license plate reading system installed at the entrance and exit of Ubatuba.
