We have stayed in many airbnbs ourselves so we are excited for the world to come to us! We are located 10 mins from downtown Fredricksburg and train station. We also live near Ruffins pond and Rappahannock River within a mile. We provide fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a coffee station (French press), microwave, and refrigerator space for your snacks. Living Area: A cozy spot to relax or read a book. During your stay The guest bedrooms are upstairs and we live downstairs so we will be available to accommodate for your needs. We do travel a lot for work so if we are not physically available, you'll always be able to reach out to us with any questions and concerns. Other things to note You will have an private entrance access with electronic door code prior to arrival. Bathroom is shared as well as the kitchen. We have added shampoos and conditioner as well as soap for your comfort.
