The space Welcome to Villa Arcadia - a tranquil 3 bedroom villa with a ground plus two structure and ample of breathtaking views.Arcadia villa offers spacious & well furnished indoors, with modern conveniences to ensure your utmost comfort. Seamlessly opening up to the outdoors, the home features lush green lawns & a swimming pool. BEDROOMS - There are 3 cosy bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor. - All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a queen-sized bed, Wi-Fi access, AC. - 1 bedroom on the ground first floor & 1 on the first floor have attached bathrooms - The bedroom on the ground floor opens up to the swimming pool BATHROOMS - There are 2 attached & 2 common bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, storage COMMON AREAS - There is a spacious living room on the ground floor & first floor equipped with sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 12 people. - TV and Wi-Fi access available - Music system available - The dining area & kitchen are a part of the living room and offers seating for up to 4 people. - The first floor of the villa has a balcony over looking lush greenery-perfect for hi-tea set-up. - The exteriors of the property boast a beautiful lawn, 1000 sq. ft in size. - Guests can enjoy a dip in the private swimming pool, 12x16ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. - Guests can soak in the picturesque views from the private terrace, complete with seating arrangements . - Guests can enjoy games with a view (fussball, carrom, ludo & chess) on the 2nd floor of the villa - The 2nd floor also has a container that is the staff room. There is a separate washroom near the swimming pool for staff/driver & nanny. Guest access Guests can access the entire property as it is solely with them for the duration of the stay. Incase of full fledged self-cooking a charge of INR 1,000 per night will be applicable as utility charges. This is to be paid @ the villa additionally. Basic cooking tea, coffee & maggi, baby or pet food is at NO extra charge. BBQ machine is available at an additional cost of INR 500 for machine &coal. Meal plans are available @ INR 1,200 per adult/night for 4 meals. Other things to note •Parking space is available outside the villa in common area. •We do not have an EV Car charging facility • Extreme weather will adversely affect the water’s chemical balances and bring nutrients from the air which is potential algae and Ozone. This when mixed with pool water, alter the pH levels of the water thus leading to change in colour of water. We continuously thrive to keep this In check but certain natural changes are completely beyond our control. • An air-cooler is available at the villa.There is no air-condition in the ground floor living room and 1st floor living/common area. •Meals cost @ INR 1,200 for 4 freshly cooked Veg & Non-veg meals. •Breakfast is NOT included in the rates displayed, an additional charge of INR 400 per night/adult is applicable for same.Kids between 5-10 years @ INR 200 per kid/night. •The caretakers may stay on site, on the 2nd floor next to the games room.They are not available 24 hours. •Khopli experiences load shedding every Friday from the MSEB anytime between 8am-8pm normally.The property is equipped with a fully charged inverter & incase of power cuts the inverter runs 3-5 hours. However inverter does not support air condition /wifi and geysers. The power cut timing is as per electrical board guidelines & the hosts cannot be accountable for the same. •All are electronic gadgets/ equipment's are serviced from time to time, incase of any sudden technical failure the management will not be held responsible and will do everything in their capacity to fix it. •The property has electricity supplied throughout by solar panels.We request you to use electricity consciously. •No trespassing in other villas except the one offered during your stay with The Rentalgram. Incase of any complaints of trespassing/noise complaints, The Rentalgram is not responsible for any consequences. •Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. •Guests CANNOT invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. •In lieu of heavy monsoon the property is prone to seepage and dampness which is beyond our control. Garden area could be subject to some wear & tear as well. •We requests guests to keep doors/windows shut during their stay as the property may be prone to insects & bugs. • 4 extra mattresses & duvets are available at the villa. •The villa is pet friendly but pet is not allowed in the pool. •Kitchen utility charges of INR 1,000 per night will be applicable in case of self- cooking. • Pool Timings : 7am-9pm • Check in Time :1pm Check out time :11.00am • No loud music allowed in the exterior of the villa post 10pm.WE DO NOT ALLOW DJ set-up. • There is no separate driver or nanny accommodation available, only staff washroom available. • The meals rates for festive period / long weekends / black out dates will change.Please check with host during your inquiry. • We are not responsible incase of an unforseen WIFI or electricity cut by the main source.There is no generator at the villa. •Please allow a minimum of 20 minutes for warm water supply to start after geyser is switched on. •Please allow minimum of 20 minutes for the a/c to cool after switched on & ensure all doors windows are shut. •Please note that an additional refundable security deposit of INR 10,000 PER NIGHT would need to be given immediately at the time of check in to the villa manager / caretaker. This can be given in the form of UPI / Google Pay or cash. This refundable security deposit would be returned via the same mode upon checking for spillages, breakages or any incidentals (these amounts would be deducted) at the time of check out. Please note this refundable security deposit is mandatory and no deviation would be acceptable under any circumstances. •We request your cooperation with the check in time (1:00pm) and check out time (11:00am) at all times. In case you arrive earlier than the check in time or / and depart later than the check out time, a confirmation (without any additional charges) from the management is mandatory. If the management denies an early check in or late check out and if there’s no cooperation from the guest on this, there will be an applicable fee of INR 5000 per hour which the guest would have to pay. Early check in and late check out are subject to availability at all times and the management needs to confirm the same at all times. •Upon check in, the details of each guest (Full name, Phone number and Email ID) along with their government ID proof (Acceptable IDs would be a valid Aadhar card, valid PAN card, valid Passport or a valid Driving Licence) (soft copy or hard copy) which needs to be submitted to the villa manager / caretaker. Our staff would be taking a photo of the government ID proof shown / submitted via their phone and submitting / sharing it to The Rentalgram management. Also, please note that these ID proofs would not be used for anything else and would be safe and discreet with us for the purpose of this staycation booked with The Rentalgram.
