Living the Beach Life

Welcome to Oceanic Drive! If you want to kick off your shoes and relax in a humble beach house, then our home is for you. Beach walks/hangs are a given as we are just 150m from Warana Beach. Offering 6 bedrooms, we have your basics covered and there is room for everyone and would be ideal for 2 family's wanting to stay together. No need to pack the car up for a beach day, just take a short stroll along the newly paved beach access 235. The space - Parking available on driveway and street - Air-conditioning - Heating - Wi-Fi provided - Suitable for up to 11 guests with a cot available upon request At meal times you have on hand a fully equipped kitchen with both indoor and outdoor dining fit for 12 people. Additionally, the kitchen overlooks the pool which is perfect for keeping an eye on kids whilst swimming. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, one with a King bed, one with a King Single and another with Single bunk beds. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Upstairs has 3 Queen beds with built in wardrobes with mirrors. The bathroom has a separate toilet and powder room. There is a lounge with a sofa which is not listed as a bed however it could be slept on if need be, just ask. Guest access Guests will have access and use of most of the property excluding the garage, office, outdoor shed and the King Bed Wardrobe which hold our non valuable personal items due to this being our family home. If the door is locked, please do not attempt to enter. Your privacy will be respected at all times and we ask that ours is too. Other things to note A guestbook is available at the property with instructions for working appliances etc. For those with little ones please note we have stairs without baby gates.
