It can also be a great area to work from home, or even keep a baby/toddler close to the Master. All rooms have blackout shades, ceiling fans, and Heat/A/C to ensure you sleep peacefully, and have a comfortable stay. Step outside a sliding door to our private backyard. A comfortable outdoor patio set awaits. Also, a table and chairs and BBQ for you to relax and enjoy. Grass area in the front and back yards for kids to play, soak in the sun, or sit and relax, making it a perfect hangout spot. There’s a park about a 5-7 minute walk away at Sowers Middle School in our tract. Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No pets, no parties, no events, no smoking, and no access to the trailer parked on the side of the house. 2 outdoor cameras in front yard facing door for safety/security reasons, as well as one camera on side of the house facing trailer parking. Trash comes every Monday afternoon around 3:00-6:00 PM. Street sweepers come the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month and will ticket if car is parked in the street. Usually around 8:00 - 11:00 AM. Once they pass by, you are free to park there again.
