The space Spacious Bryant Retreat is recently renovated throughout and combines the amenities of a hotel with the comforts of home. It is ideal for couples, visiting grandparents, business travelers, traveling nurses, small families, and those receiving medical care at one of the nearby hospitals. The unit is a family-friendly in-law style basement apartment including high speed internet, a full-sized kitchen, dining area w/ expandable table, renovated bathroom, as well as a warm and inviting living area with plenty of comfy places to sit. The bedroom has a sliding door and includes a comfy memory foam queen bed with connected laundry room and hotel style robes. The unit is naturally cool during the summer (roll-in A/C available) and wall heaters keep it amply warm during winter. A sliding door opens to a lush backyard patio with bistro table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful landscaping. There are plentiful south and west-facing windows in the living room and kitchen area for bright, natural lighting. The driveway has space for two cars to park in tandem and there is a Tesla wall charger for your use as well. We are happy to share the use of our J1772 converter for non-Tesla charging. We do our best to keep noise to a minimum, but this is a 100 year old house and we have two children, so hearing footsteps in the unit should be expected. Guest access The driveway, located on the south side of the house, has a small incline, but the entrance to the unit is at-grade. The apartment is self-contained and the back lower-level patio is available to be shared during your stay. Access to the unit is through a wireless keypad for self check in, so no need to coordinate key drop pickup, or dropoff. Other things to note The brand new 55" flat-screen TV includes a Roku system allowing guests to log in to their favorite streaming service (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, YouTube TV, HBO Max, and more).
