The space The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa, divided into four units, that overlooks the lake and is surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas available to guests staying in the four apartments. The entrance opens onto the living area, which features a large and bright living room with a sofa, a dining table, a television, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a kettle, a coffee maker, and a microwave. The sleeping area boasts a bedroom with a queen-size bed and direct access to the furnished terrace that overlooks the garden and offers a beautiful lake view. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. Free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating will be available in the accommodation. Guest access Our guests will have access to all the amenities of the accommodation. Other things to note *In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 30th of September from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 03 pm to 07 pm. The use of a bathing cap may be required. Upon request, guests will benefit from a berth within the property at an extra cost of 50 euros per night. Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property. Basic condiments such as oil, salt, pepper and sugar are not present in the accommodation for hygienic reasons. There are other accommodations inside the building.
