For your convenience, we provide all the necessary amenities, so you'll feel right at home during your stay. The space The best thing about this property is its location! It's just a minute's walk from the beach and a few minutes' walk from the medina (old town). Cafés, snacks, boutiques, clubs and supermarkets are all within walking distance, so you won't have to take a cab every time. It's the ideal getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers. - Bright living room with an artistic touch: A large living room with a colorful L sofa ideal for relaxing and watching TV. Right next door, a 4-seater dining table lets you enjoy convivial meals. - Master bedroom: A spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed, featuring carefully chosen decor to make you feel calm and serene. The room also features a dedicated workspace with broadband connection, a large mirror and a large closet. The medical mattress provided offers complete relaxation during your stay and relieves pressure. - Secondary bedroom: Two single beds with medical mattresses will be at your disposal to provide the perfect night's sleep for your children. The room also features a closet. - Fully equipped kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances: refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster, blender, washing machine, juicer, kettle, coffee machine, as well as all the crockery you'll need to prepare your favorite meals. - Modern bathroom: The bathroom features a shower, fluffy towels and quality toiletries so you can relax and refresh after a day at the beach. Other things to note - As forbidden by Moroccan law, housing for unmarried Moroccan couples or mixed couples where one of the members is a Moroccan national is prohibited (this does not apply to other nationalities, but only to Moroccan citizens). - For couples including a Moroccan citizen, the official marriage certificate must be issued in order to collect the keys to the residence. - For the respect of neighbors, no noise after 11 p.m. - The apartment is on the second floor, but the residence has an elevator.
