Spring Break Oasis-Gulf Breeze Hidden Gem

Built in 2020, this guesthouse is located in quite and safe neighborhood. 8 miles to Pensacola beach and 17 miles to Navarre Beach. Completely private with your own driveway and parking area, plus the use of the main house pool, patio and BBQ. Beautiful view of the forest. On a case by case basis we will entertain 6 guest. Please inquire before booking. Please be sure to review the House Rules section. The space Huge open space with 19 foot ceilings. The Loft, which acts as the master bedroom has a balcony. There is a Full Kitchen with everything you need to cook a huge meal. If you need something special let us know we probably have it in the main house. The living/great room has 2 giant ceiling fans. There you will find a 75 in Smart HDTV. When the sun goes down, the living area can become a movie theater. We love watching Star Wars movies and eating popcorn out there when it is not occupied. The Loft has a King bed, 50in Smart HDTV, dresser and closet. The 1st floor bedroom has a Stackable Twin bed that works as daybed, sofa or can turn into 2 twin beds. I also has a Queen size bed. This bottom bedroom is directly connected to the bathroom. The bathroom has a roll-in open tiled shower with a private toilet and has an exit to the outside as well. There is an 8x20 covered porch with a ceiling fan where you can sit and relax. Guest access The entire Guest house with the exception of 2 storage areas are yours to use. Other things to note There are 2 main beaches you can go to. Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach. Pensacola Beach is about 8 miles to the West and Navarre Beach is about 17 miles to the East. You have to go over bridges to get there. There is a $1 Toll for Pensacola Beach. In between the 2 beaches is the National Seashore...a lot of locals go there to get away from the tourist. In addition, Ft. Pickens is a National Park ($12). This area is about an extra 20 minute drive west of Pensacola Beach, because the speed limit is 25 MPH. If you are looking for less crowds, Ft. Pickens is a good choice....but be sure to bring snacks. You are far from stores. Please refrain from using glitter in the house. It causes a big mess and we are charged extra by our cleaners. $150 extra cleaning fee will be assessed. For security purposes the main house as 2 cameras (Front and Back yard) and a Ring doorbell system, all outdoors. All systems record with audio and video 24/7. Pool does have a protective fence around it. Swim at your own risk.
