Located just off of Garnet and a block from the boardwalk so you are walking distance to everything Pacific Beach has to offer. Our home is fully equipped for families with spacious indoor and outdoor spaces with a fully enclosed gated front patio perfect for entertaining. Our home is fully stocked with toys, beach gear, and games and coffee. The space .2 Miles from beach Located right off of Garnet where you can find many restaurants, shops, bars, and grocery stores. Our home is ideal for families. The master has a king bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third is geared towards children with two twin beds fully equipped with games, toys, and a private patio with a chalkboard wall. Our kitchen is Fully stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, brand new pots and pans, knives, melamine dishes for kids, plastic and glass bar ware. Additional specialty appliances including Instant pot Foodi Ninja food processor and blender Mini food processor French Press Kuerig Hot water pot Cast Iron kitchen ware is Restoration Hardware, West Elm, and Magnolia. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home which includes 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths, a private enclosed entertainment patio, a children’s outdoor play patio and a garage which can accommodate 1 vehicle. Other things to note Our home is equipped with all your day at the beach needs including beach cruisers, beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, kids toys, surf board, boogie boards, snorkel sets and more. We also provide non toxic cleaning products and toiletries ideal for families with small children. 1 garage parking space is provided. It is a tandem garage, if you have a full size SUV you will have to park on the street. Street parking is first come First serve. Please note that we are located just off of Garnet, the Main Street with many restaurants, bars, and shops. Because of this we do get foot traffic in front of our house. If you are looking for a quite suburban neighborhood this is not the right fit for you.
