The space Spacious 9-Bedroom Estate with Luxurious Amenities This stunning 9-bedroom estate comfortably accommodates up to 23 guests (18 adults) with a mix of king and queen bedrooms, plus a nursery and a bunk room designed for little ones. Sleeping Arrangements Main Level: Suite #1: King bed, gas fireplace, 65" TV, walk-in closet, and an in-suite nursery with a crib, changing table, and rocker. Master bath features a jetted infinity soaking tub and shower. Upper Level: Suite #2: King bed, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closet, and 65" TV. Master bath with jetted soaking tub and shower. Bedroom 4: Queen bed, 55" TV. Bedroom 5: Queen bed, 55" TV. Bedroom 6: King bed, 55" TV. Bedroom 7: Pass-through room with full and trundle beds (no TV). Bunk Room: Sleeps 4 with a pull-out sofa (no TV). Shared Bathrooms: A full bathroom with tub/shower serves Bedrooms 4, 5, and the bunk room. A second full bathroom with a shower serves Bedrooms 6, 7, and the bunk room. Lower Level: Suite #3: King bed, TV, private seating area with a Keurig coffee bar, oversized chair, and ottoman. Yard: Expansive space for games, sports, or exploration. Pond: Located in front of the yard (currently without water for child safety). This estate offers everything you need for a memorable getaway with family and friends! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, except for a few private storage closets. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, movie theatre, tennis/pickleball court, and an attached garage. Please note: The outbuilding is not available for use, will remain locked, and should not be entered. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: When entering the property it is on a shared paved driveway. We have a red brick half wall with the house number on it and our driveway is the right one on the shared driveway. There is a gravel driveway on the other end of the property with a private property sign. DO NOT ENTER that driveway or there will be a fine!!! If you are having trouble finding our home or your guests are please reach out to us!!! Also, there is an attached garage for your use. The outbuilding garage should not be used or entered and will be locked. Lastly, there is a decorative only fire pit on back patio that can't be used under any circumstance. No fires on the property. Patio furniture should be covered overnight with provided cover. Outdoor quiet hours are 11pm to 7am. No parties or events without written permission from owner. Directions for Movie Theatre use will be left on console in room. You will only need to operate remotes. Please do not adjust projector, screen or speakers. No burning on property. Gas fire pit on back patio does not work. Do not attempt to use. The owners cannot accept liability for personal injury, accident or death of guests or visitors of the home including use of the pool, spa and surrounding areas and use of equipment supplied be that on or off premise. Any loss or damage incurred to the property during the length of guests stay will be responsibility of renter.
